From October 2008 Landlords offering property for rent will be required by law to provide prospective tenants with an Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) for their property.
Our fully qualified DEA's will inspect the property and then provide you with a hard copy of the Energy Performance Certificate for you to keep within your tenancy agreement and a .pdf copy so you can e-mail to your management company and keep on your PC.
Home Information Packs (HIPS)
If at anytime you decide you would like to sell your property we can then assist you by providing a full Home Information Pack with additional Estate Agent floor plans if required.
