Floor Plans
A floor plan of a dwelling is a very useful facility for a potential buyer. After viewing a property it is very easy to forget the actual layout once you have arrived home, especially after visiting several different homes. Inclusion of a floor plan in property particulars gives that 'quick reminder' of layout. It can also serve as a guide to kitchen layout, wall length etc., and even the direction a property faces when considering how much direct sunlight is received.
The sketch from which the plan is created can be carried out at the same time as the EPC inspection, minimising disruption to the occupier. The sketch is then converted into a CAD drawing for use in the property particulars.
